Challange
Spaarkd has launched it’s app in early 2023, which barely attracted few thousands users and had almost 0 engagement. We were brought in to advise on what to do to grow the business further.
Solution
Our approach was first to conduct in depth market research with comprehensive competitor analysis and product audit in parallel to that. Step two was to do customer interviews to identify JBTDs, pains, UX issues, and lastly we ran many growth experiments in meta to find best performing positioning and target audience.
Result
As a result of this work, Spaarkd team has decided to change the product direction, redo the app and put more efforts in B2B promotion.
